Q. What is check in/check out time?

A. Check in is at 3 PM and check out is at 12 noon.

Q. Can I check my luggage before check in time or after check out?

A. Yes, please ask at the bell desk. We will keep the luggage until your flight time, too.

Q. Do you allow smoking on property? In the rooms?

A. Yes, Our hotel has some smokable room.

Q. Do you have high-speed wired and/or wireless Internet access available?

A. Yes, Wireless Internet access is available throughout the hotel and high-speed wired Internet access is available in all guest rooms.


Q. How do I get to the hotel?

A. As to access to our hotel from Kansai international airport, you can take JR train or the airport limousine.

:JR train
There is direct train available bound for JR Osaka station from the airport.
Our hotel is located in the south gate building of JR Osaka station.
The nearest gate is the central gate, and from this gate it’s just a few minutes’ walk.

Fare: 1,190yen / one way
Time: approximately 1 hour / Rapid service train bound for Osaka

:Airport limousine
We are afraid that this bus is NOT free and NOT direct bound for our hotel.
Please get off at the bus stop named ‘Herbis Osaka ’ , which is the nearest stop to our hotel.
From this bus stop, it’s approximately 5 minutes on foot.

Fare: 1,550yen / one way
Time: approximately 1 hour / Airport – the bus stop ‘Herbis Osaka’
※You do not have to reserve a seat in advance.
There is a ticket machine at the bus stop and you can get the ticket there.

Q. Is it possible to send my luggage in advance of my stay?

A. Yes. Please send the luggage to the following address after making a booking. Please make sure to write down your name (registered name) and the date of check-in.

Q. Can I share a bed with my small child? Do I have to pay extra?

A. Children up to 6 years old can stay free of charge when they are expected to share beds with adults. Please be reminded that only one child is allowed to share per adult.
If you wish to stay with bed-sharing infants, please inform us at the time of booking.

Q. How do I cancel a reservation I have already made?

A. You may cancel your reservation online using your Email, Confirmation Number or Password.
