We have confirmed that some guests who made reservations at our hotel through the accommodation booking site Booking.com have received messages via WhatsApp and other messaging applications impersonating reservation confirmations.

If you receive such a message or any suspicious communication, please do not access any links included in the message.

Please note that Hotel Granvia Osaka will never contact guests via email, messaging apps, or social media regarding reservation or payment information.

We are currently working with Booking.com to investigate this matter further.
In addition, as part of our security measures, we have already taken the necessary actions, including changing the passwords for our Booking.com management system.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and concern this situation may have caused our guests.
We kindly ask that you remain cautious and avoid clicking on suspicious links or responding to suspicious messages.
